These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through this website.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

PRODUCTS – SECOND-HAND ITEMS

All products sold on this website are second-hand clothing items.

Each item is:

individually selected
carefully inspected
described as accurately as possible

Due to their second-hand nature, items may show minor signs of wear, which are not considered defects when clearly mentioned or visible in product photos.

Variations in color, texture, or fit may occur depending on screen settings and individual perception.

AVAILABILITY

All items are offered subject to availability.

As second-hand items are generally unique, once an item is sold it cannot be replaced with an identical product.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and refunded.

PRICES

Prices are displayed in € (EUR) and include all applicable taxes.

Shipping costs are displayed separately before order confirmation.

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
The price charged will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

ORDERS

An order is considered final once payment has been successfully processed.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

payment issues
suspected fraud
abnormal or abusive return behavior

PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.

No item will be shipped before full payment has been received.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable consumer law, customers have a 14-day period from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

Returned items must comply with the conditions outlined in the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are governed by the Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

In summary:

Items must be returned in their original condition
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show odors or stains will not be accepted
Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer
Exchanges are possible only for items of equal or lower value, subject to availability

The seller reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with these conditions.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers must inspect their order upon receipt.

Any claim relating to an incorrect item or significant damage caused during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photographic evidence.

Normal wear consistent with second-hand use does not qualify as damage.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

LIABILITY

The seller shall not be held liable for:

incorrect size selection
dissatisfaction with fit or style
improper use or care of the item after delivery

Product measurements and descriptions are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
