Refund policy
In accordance with applicable law, customers have a 14-day period from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Please note that all items sold on our website are second-hand clothing, carefully inspected before shipping.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

The item has not been worn, washed, or altered

The item is returned in its original condition

The item shows no signs of use, including: no odors (perfume, smoke, perspiration, etc.), no stains or marks (makeup, deodorant, ect.)
- Any tag or label provided with the item must still be attached
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will not be refunded or exchanged.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if you receive an item that is incorrect or significantly damaged during shipping.
As all items sold are second-hand, minor signs of wear, as described and shown in the product listing, do not qualify as defects.
To allow us to assess the issue, clear photos must be provided.
Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without sufficient proof, may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
However, return shipping costs may be covered by us depending on the reason for the return, at our sole discretion (for example, in the case of an error on our part).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible, subject to item availability, may only be made for an item equal or lower value. If the exchanged item is of lower value, no refund of the price difference will be issued.
Exchanges are offered as a commercial gesture. If no suitable exchange is available, a refund may be issued at our discretion, in accordance with applicable law
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and if it complies with the return conditions, a refund will be processed within 14 days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@elusiv.fr.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
